Tim has been a recovering addict since September 15th of 2011: the day he surrendered and asked for help. He moved into a transitional living house where he learned structure, rules, and the tools necessary to be a contributing member of society. Since Tim has been in recovery, he has been an active member of Narcotics Anonymous and has held many positions in both his home group and at the area service level. Tim acquired his cosmetology license in the state of Florida in 2012 and has owned a successful hair salon ever since. Tim is extremely grateful for the fellowship of Narcotics Anonymous and all the relationships he has established over the years. His way of giving back to the community is by helping one addict at a time.
