Privacy Policy
The privacy of our clients is of utmost importance to all of our staff at Sarasota Addiction Recovery Assistance. It is our goal to support our clients in a manner that will allow them the greatest opportunity to focus on their recovery without the concern of being overwhelmed from outside sources. We observe and support all HIPPA guidelines, practices and procedures that are required of us as a provider of recovery services. In accordance with the guidelines set forth we will only share information with court service programs, probation and parole programs and law enforcement agencies. Our clients can have the option to complete and sign a release form that would allow family members to obtain information regarding the client’s well-being and the status of their random drug screenings. Rest assured that it is our goal to provide the safest environment possible during this most critical time in their efforts to achieve long term recovery.
1. DATA COLLECTED
CONTACT FORM

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by GoDaddy. GoDaddy adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” policy.

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
